"Hi, I'm Leon — the founder of Kotoba Academy. I'm originally from the UK and have over 10 years of experience teaching English to learners of all ages, both in Japan and internationally.
I created Kotoba Academy because I saw that many learners study hard but don't get enough opportunities to actually use English in real conversations.
My goal is to change that.
In our sessions, we focus on natural communication, building vocabulary and confidence in a relaxed, encouraging environment. No pressure, no judgment — just real practice and positive vibes.
I believe anyone can improve their English with the right support and space to speak freely. I look forward to welcoming you to the community!"
