Welcome to Kotoba Academy! By accessing our website, booking a session, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Kotoba Academy's website, live sessions, digital content, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kotoba Academy provides:
Weekly live English conversation group sessions via Zoom
One-on-one conversation sessions
Educational prep materials (PDFs, vocabulary, etc.)
Community interaction via Telegram or other platforms
Bookings must be made through our official website or platform (e.g., TidyCal).
Payment is required in advance to secure your spot.
Founding Member pricing is limited-time and subject to future changes.
Group Sessions: No refunds for missed sessions. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
1:1 Sessions: You may reschedule or cancel with 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiting the session.
If Kotoba Academy must cancel a session, a reschedule or full refund will be offered.
All lesson materials are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing without written permission is not allowed.
Respectful behavior is expected in all sessions and community spaces.
Kotoba Academy reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Your data (name, email, attendance, etc.) is securely stored and never sold.
Zoom sessions may be recorded for internal quality purposes with prior notice. These recordings are never shared publicly without consent.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be clearly posted on our website. Continued use means acceptance of the revised terms.

Kotoba Academy respects your privacy. Any information you provide — including your name, email address, and session history — is stored securely and used solely to deliver our educational services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Zoom sessions may be recorded for internal review, with your knowledge. These recordings are never published or shared without your consent.
